Happy Monday, everyone. I hope your week is one of productivity and low stress! My only goal this week is start a bunch of papers for class that are due next week and keep plugging away at projects. FA/HAES wise, I'm going to cut cheese out of my diet. I'm tired of this awful heavy feeling in my stomach after eating it that carries over to the next day. Last night at a clothing swap I tried some really good soy cheese; maybe I'll pick some of that up next time I'm at the grocery store. (Pics to come of some of the cool stuff I snagged at the swap. It was SO FUN! Going to try and get one going for the guys I know.) Also, seeing as how it's a Monday, going to try and keep going with the Meatless Monday I discovered on Twitter via Bif Naked. From Meatless Monday: We are a non-profit health initiative, encouraging people around the world to go meatless one day a week for their health and the health of the planet!" While I don't think going meatless one day a week in my fairly low-meat eating habits will make a difference to ME, I strongly believe that every little bit helps the world. Teaspoons are all I've got so I dip where and when I can.
